Effective October 23, 2026
The Pricing Calculator should be usable by everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or a phone.
What we do
- Every control works with a keyboard. A "Skip to main content" link comes first, focus moves to the page heading when you change pages, and dialogs keep focus inside until you close them with the button or Escape.
- Fields, buttons and tables have names screen readers announce. Messages like "Saved" are announced without moving your place.
- Text and controls meet WCAG color contrast in both light and dark mode, and the site follows your device's setting.
- It works on phones, tablets and computers, at 400% zoom and with wider text spacing, without scrolling sideways.
- Reports can be printed, saved as PDF or downloaded as Word files you can change.
- You get a warning a minute before being signed out for inactivity, with a button to stay signed in.
The calculator is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, which is what the ADA is measured against. Every change is tested with axe-core (the automated WCAG checker) on every page, at phone and desktop size, in light and dark, plus tests for keyboard use, focus, zoom and text spacing. Payments, receipts and the page to manage your subscription are run by Stripe, and sign-in emails are sent by our email provider. Those pages follow their own accessibility programs.
Tell us what's hard to use
If something gets in your way, email [email protected]. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and what you use (like a screen reader or keyboard only). We'll work on a fix and help you get what you need in the meantime.
